For Villas, we expect pricing to start at $330,000+.
For single family homes, we expect an average of $400,000 – $700,000
Prairie Field will enjoy the benefit of a reasonable Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions that will help to ensure beautiful and well-planned community while still allowing single-family homeowners the freedom to express themselves within their home ownership.
The Homes Association will allow for the regular maintenance and operation of the pool, trails, recreation areas and entrances. An annual fee will be determined as the development progresses and features are added. At the earliest opportunity the Developer plans to turn the Association over to the residents. Separate Home Associations will be established for the single-family homes and the patio homes.
Only the Villas will be maintenance provided. Villa amenities include snow removal and lawn care, as well as walking trails and pool access shared by the residential single family homes.

The third exceptional builder is Westland Construction, who will be building all of the Villas within Prairie Field.
There will be 189 homes total.
Lot Reservation are now open for Prairie Field single family homes!
The first phase of streets are now in and lot numbers are marked on the street curbs. Lots 1- 41 are now available to be reserved on a first come first served basis. In the event more than one client wants to reserve the same lot we will use the original date of contact with our office as the tie breaker. By acting now you will have first choice of all lots even before the builders make their selection.
Here are the details:
-Lot reservations are good for 30 days following Clay County giving the developer and builders the approval they can pull permits.
-Lot reservations will require $1,000 deposit that will be refundable in the event you decide not to build, transferable to another lot or applied to your new construction contract with the builder.
-Lot reservation window will be open to all pre registered clients between now and November 9th.
-After November 9th then Lot Reservations will be open to all clients who want to reserve without consideration to those who made early contact with us. (Don’t wait!)
-Exclusive builders for the development will be Hearthside Homes and Integrity Homes.
